Four Corners is a recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of an important Premium Brand we are looking for an:

Outlet Area Manager Northern Europe

As the Outlet Area Manager for Northern Europe, you will be part of the brand’s Retail Team. Reporting directly to the Head of Retail EMEA you will be responsible for overseeing Outlet stores in Northern Europe to reach excellence in business performance and key qualitative goals, going beyond expectations, managing, coaching and inspiring the teams.


Main responsibilities:

STORE OPERATIONS:

  • Coordinate store teams to focus on excellent performances and results, based on KPI’s despite challenges, obstacles, and pressure while meeting or exceeding sales plan;
  • Ensure stores are merchandised with proper inventory, according to sales trend, working close with the Allocation HQ Team to guarantee adequate level of stock;
  • Provide feedback to Allocation HQ team to optimize assortment planning and replenishment;
  • Make sure that visual standards, staff appearance and technical maintenance are accomplished;
  • Make sure that procedures (inventory, administration, cash handling) are fully efficient and provide adequate training;
  • Work close with Store Managers to fulfill CRM data acquisition, performing regular meeting on customer database increase;
  • Implement target sales by store to meet sales plan, through KPI’s improvement;
  • Manage projects for store openings, take overs and closures, Pop Up stores, refits, partnering with corporate functions (Legal & Admin, IT- Constructions- Facility) and local providers;
  • Ensure awareness and implementation of company Customer Service standards;
  • Check implementation and execution of all visual merchandising directives;
  • Encourage a passionate work environment where trust and commitment are valued;
  • Empower the teams through engagement and motivation: focus on individual strengths, assess talents and provide opportunity of growth;
  • Lead the team to achieve common goals, working by priorities, roles and responsibility.

 

STOCK CONTROL:

  • Plan, undertake and be accountable for all aspects of inventory operations, monitoring loss-prevention and inventory discrepancies;
  • Upon business need coordinate cycle counts.

 

FINANCE:

  • Check store´s cash reports;
  • Monitor store expenses.

 

 HUMAN RESOURCES:

  • Staff incentives management; 
  • Support Store Managers in organization of temporary staff;
  • Monitoring of staff planning .

 

Requirements

  • 3 years experience in Outlet management;
  • A solid experience as a Multi-Store Manager in the Outlet space;
  • Previous experience within Outlet Center would be a plus;
  • Proven track records of sales goals and KPI achievement;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Organizational and planning skills;
  • Agile and with an entrepreneurial spirit, able to find new approaches and solutions to the challenges of this role;
  • Business acumen, numerical agility and forward-thinking;
  • Flexibility and hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment;
  • Energy and tenacity as we will be growing at a significant pace and we need leading people who can stay energized for the entire journey;
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge;
  • Fluent in German and English;
  • Willingness to travel.
