Four Corners is a recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of an important Luxury Fashion Brand we are looking for a:

Assistant Store Manager


As Assistant Manager you support the Store Manager in ensuring the daily business operations in order to achieve the store business goals.


Responsibilities :


Business Developer

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, display, customer service, and operational functions within the store;
  • Sell the collection and especially to the VIC/VIP ;
  • Analyze the results, verifying daily, weekly, monthly activities and set up yearly assessments;
  • Ensure the correct rotation of the goods in the warehouse;
  • Implement action plans from the Headquarters and the Store Manager and guarantee to follow up at the store level;
  • Update the Sales Staff on the KPIs and give them support to reach them.


Leader and People Developer

  • Organize and conduct staff induction and training programs to enhance product skills, customer service, CRM, VM, sales technique, stock management;
  • Support the Store Manager during daily morning briefs enhancing staff animation;
  • Assist the store manager with the periodical staff evaluations;


Brand Promotor

  • Promote the culture of the brand;
  • Monitor and promote a sales ritual in line with brand policy ensuring the team provides excellent customer service


Process Manager

  • Oversee management of the warehouse space;
  • Supervise goods receiving and ensure stock management is efficient and timely;
  • Support the store manager in maintaining organization of administrative responsibilities.



  • Relevant retail management experience (at least 3 years);
  • Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills;
  • Fluent communication in French and English, Dutch is a plus;
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written;
  • MS Office knowledge Problem-solving capabilities;
  • Flexibility.
